At Makeup Secret, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered in good condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 24–32 hours of receiving your order.
To process your request, you must provide:

Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.

Any other information we may reasonably request to verify the issue.
Requests submitted after the 24–32 hour timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Replacements
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved:

A replacement item will be sent subject to product availability.

If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method or another agreed-upon method.
